Even with a 4 engine out, they still would have 1.3 TWR lol at Liftoff

5500~ tons full stack
250tf of thrust • 29 = 7250tf thrust
7250/5500 = 1.3~

They'd definitely lose a bunch of performance to grav loss for sure.
