@drewlevin I've just recently made a Video in which I tried to summarize Riot's no Approach to enforcing their ToS. Plenty of Players came forward with the following question in regards to Account sharing:
Is it ok if one plays on several PCs? As in on the BF's PC, PC-Café etc.?
