@SimonCalder I've been to Frankfurt 3 times since EES came in there. After the initial registration, only once have my full biometrics not been taken (5 times through passport control)! Staff said the system is still being tested.
@lufthansa I can't login via your website or app (just says 'Technical Error') unless I use a VPN for my home country when abroad. I have deleted my browser cache. This seems to be widely reported on various forums. When is it going to be sorted out?
@Avis I got an invoice showing an extra amount on the price. The car was upgraded because there were none left at the collection point (Frankfurt airport, reserved months before). Will this extra amount be debited? Seems v unfair! I am a Preferred Member.

@RedHenCookery Trying to order meals online for the upcoming term, which we have done many times before. On ordering just get a "re-directed too many times" error. We deleted cookies and tried 1 laptop and 2 mobiles. No answer to calls. Help.
@WonderfulScan @KobeissiLetter That would be a massive long term gamble on the policy not being reversed or altered. Unlikely to any meaningful degree.

@lufthansa I made a booking 5 hours ago but have had no email confirmation. I have checked spam etc. The email I used was the correct one. Would it be possible to email confirmation?
