After finally connecting with Airtel Broadband cust care, they say our systems are down please call back after 2 hours. If they themselves are down, how can they fix the customer's issues? Issue still unresolved for more than 24 hours now..
Is Airtel sleeping over Broadband issues, no fix in the past 24 hours, no response, no option to call Broadband helpline in IVR, only extended resolution turnaround time upon multiple attempts to have the issue resolved #Airtel
@Airtel_Presence Numerous complaints since past 24 hours hasn't resolved my Broadband malfunction, I dont know if Airtel is sleeping over the issue, they just keep extending the resolution turnaround time since the past whole day-

One suggestion: if a Customer raises a complaint, Cust Care must try to resolve it in 2 days, instead of 7. As this aggravates the situation for the already aggrieved customer.
Dear Mr. @msisodia - You are the Edu. Min. of Delhi. You must have to monitor the coordination between School Management & Parents. School is asking for Annual + Dev. Charges of current & last Academic Year. Everyone is facing effect of Inflation; then how can we pay the amount.
@ICICIBank_Care My ICICI credit card is billing me for a payment of 54,178 that was refunded 100% by Flipkart to my credit Card account on 14th May.
Customer Care is unable to sort this out despite several calls and false re-assurance.

Please check if the Seller has initiated the refund or not? Customer care is only asking to wait and wait with no further information.
