A friend who’s about to start a business said this to me (see photo).

You’ll find fewer sympathetic ears too, especially at home. It’s hard to explain what you’re carrying when people aren’t in the same headspace. Personal relationships start to feel like juggling fire.

Every day brings a new headache, a new problem. You’ll lose peace before you find success.

But still . We show up.

We build. We fix. We bet on ourselves again and again.

Because for all the pain it brings, nothing else will shape you quite like it.
