Could a DAO operate just like a publicly traded company? Tokens are shares but no or limited decision making votes on actions? Create incentives/profit sharing, etc?

I see many cause/mission/movement DAOs - curious if you know of any like this?

@josephdelong Would depend on the profit motive, no? If the rules require profit distributions to its members it may create a different culture/set up. Going to be fun to find out!
