@KSUWheat @SouthTexasCrops I would say pretty close to normal....sometimes this trial comes off the end of April depending on how hot and dry March and April are. Central Texas is pretty close to normal but northern areas of the state are a bit behind.

Saw signs of old stripe rust (pycnidia) lower in the canopy (right), and then new activity on flag leaves of Weathermaster 135 in Abilene today. Cool wet weather lately is facilitating new rust development. Plenty of leaf rust to go around also.
