Hi!
My name is Christy and I'm an artist, podcaster, and wrestling fangirl.
I have an AJPW podcast called @allaboutajpw, a gif account (@ajpwgifs), and I record NJPW podcasts for @TruepennyShow
I work with watercolour, pencils, and markers.

@LevineSchild@NJPWgifs It's not THEIR copyright police, though. It's TV Asahi doing this and it has been TV Asahi ever since it became a problem years ago.
This is simply how TV Asahi runs and this is how most of these Japanes companies run. They're not going to change for a small wrestling promotion.
Isn't it TV Asahi doing this?
I still remember NJPW casters and wrestlers - including Hiroshi Tanahashi himself - happily interacting with fanmade gifs and edits back in the day.
@Wrestling_Chat@OreGaTrae I'm not sure it's the gif makers who are saying these things.
I think it's (newer?) fans who enjoy the clips and edits. (Gifs barely exist these days.)
After all, it wasn't NJPW sending me those copyright strikes years ago when we suddenly weren't allowed to make gifs anymore.
@SheriffLonestar@fodderfigure "He's pretty talented and does well in his home promotion, but right now he's finding out what the big leagues are all about."
