Digital City Testbed Center at Portland State University establishes a network of campuses where smart city technologies can be tested before being deployed.
@DCTCpdx was happy to host two pilot studies of "Smart Paint" from #IntelligentMaterial last week at @Portland_State and @UBC. We had several volunteers give feedback about the system, which allows visually impaired individuals detect crosswalks using a vibrating "smart cane."
