Extremely cruel act captured on CCTV today. A Municipal Corporation (Nigam) vehicle deliberately ran over a community dog and drove away without stopping. The dog is severely injured.

This old man is Hari Sharma. He is a habitual abuser and killer who picks up dogs from the locality with the help of his grandson and throws them into the river. His entire family is involved in this. The evidence has been attached. Both of them shouldn’t be in society.

We request @police_haryana to take action against this family. Society doesn’t need them. If there are any dog bites reported from that area, this family should be held responsible and accountable. If anyone from this family gets bitten, medical service should be refused by the government.
