@MarioManelli_ My family had tickets.
Not blaming the city. Seems like they are a convenient scape for bad decisions by CT.
Moving the event to late June was their first mistake.
The rest of it snowballed from there.
@Landonforward14 Not really sure what the real story is
Donโt believe this is entirely on the city. If it is then there needs to be accountability
Looks like CT was looking for a reason to cancel the show and the noise bylaw was a convenient scapegoat even if it had nothing to do with things
@chrisdoyle78 Donโt bother trying to change the minds of all the angry, white genXโers that donโt have any reasoning or reading comprehension.
They want to blame Farkas and the city when itโs clear Paul Vickers and Country Thunder canโt run their own businesses and rely on the UCP for favours
@Truther_2021@TheRealKeean@JeromyYYC Their headliner canceled and the weather was gonna be shitty and these events rely on selling a whole pile of overpriced booze.
Do the math.
@ZaickRyan@TheRealKeean@JeromyYYC They changed the dates from August to June before Stampede. My question is why?
They were hugely successful. June is alway iffy for weather and did you really want to preempt The Greatest Outdoor show on earth?
Bad decision making looking for someone to blame me thinks.
@CoryBMorgan The headliner couldnโt perform and the weather is going to be shitโฆ combined with super low ticket sales is no wonder they cancelled. The noise bylaw had nothing to do with this.
