I was featured in @kristinamonllos's article in Digiday about how brands have to use TikTok audios/sound effects to appeal to their audience!

It's going to get trickier in the next few months after this recent lawsuit. A creator sued Activision for using his viral sound in a video, but the sound was available for commercial use on TikTok's audio library. As a result, Activision took this to court to clear that they did not break any law (https://t.co/pQ9I7VssGc)
