This story will sound like a joke but it is not.

-A teacher in MP was disappointed by bad condition of village school.

-He used his own money to paint it, put some furniture in dining space, cleaned it.

-brought a smart board. Gave some stationary to students.

-brought 2 retired people to teach students for free.

-also brought 2 other teachers & paid them from his pocket.

-school enrolment increased, kids left private schools to study here.

-kids from nearby villages also came.
-Education Department transferred the teacher.

-angry villagers protested on highway against his transfer.

-he had to leave. Kids cried, everyone sad.
-retired teachers were also removed.
-kids started leaving school.

-villagers protested again at collectorate to bring back that teacher.

-Edu Dept gave show cause notice to the teacher asking him if he really used his own money? Who gave him permission.

-Also asked him how he hired other teachers w/o permission.

-asked if he has given stationary to kids, where did he get the funds?

-warned him to reply to the notice to avoid the disciplinary action.

बिहार के पश्चिम चंपारण में 25 वर्षीय दिलशाद अंसारी की पुलिस हिरासत में मृत्यु बेहद दुखद और चिंताजनक है।

इस मामले में दिलशाद के परिजनों से मेरी बात हुई। उनके पिता अकबर अंसारी जी के अनुसार, सोमवार, 12 अक्टूबर को तड़के करीब 2 बजे पुलिस की टीम दो गाड़ियों से उनके घर पहुंची और पूछताछ के नाम पर दिलशाद को अपने साथ ले गई। परिवार को पहले उनके पैर में चोट लगने की सूचना दी गई, लेकिन बाद में उनकी मौत की खबर मिली। दिलशाद की पत्नी ने भी पुलिसकर्मियों पर मारपीट की बात कही।

@officecmbihar से हमारी मांग है कि इस पूरे मामले की निष्पक्ष एवं पारदर्शी जांच कराई जाए, ताकि दिलशाद की मौत की वास्तविक परिस्थितियों का पता चले और दोषियों की जवाबदेही तय हो। दिलशाद के परिवार को न्याय मिलना चाहिए।

इस दुःखद घड़ी में मेरी संवेदनाएँ शोकाकुल परिजनों के साथ हैं। प्रकृति उन्हें इस अपार दुःख को सहन करने की शक्ति प्रदान करे।
