Want everyone to know that @subaru_usa does not stand by their products. 2018 Outback with delaminating head unit is considered normal wear and tear apparently, despite there being multiple class action lawsuits for this issue. Selling defective equipment and charging to fix it.

@subaru_usa Yes, CAD called me today and said they is nothing they are willing to do because I didn't present this problem prior to 2023. Have had the car since 2020, serviced by dealership, was never provided info this was a known issue. It's a known defect but Subaru won't make it right.

@subaru_usa 2018 outback has a manufacturer defect delaminating radio, reached out for help and was told I should have gotten it fixed before 2023. No notice there was a warranty for this, despite having my vehicle serviced at dealership for years. Where is the customer care?
