@AnkerOfficial Had power station + solar panels fail under warranty. They issued a DPD return label for a replacement. Shows as delivered to their warehouse nearly 2 weeks ago. Anker now claim they “can’t find it” and are refusing to process my replacement.
Telling me to contact DPD myself. Asked ~10 times to speak to a manager and only get the support agent “Sylvia” and generic replies. 30+ emails, nearly a month, still no resolution and I’m now left without the products I returned.
@RoyalMailHelp sent a dm asking for help where my parcel is. Got a response immediately, so then responded immediately with the info they were asking, now I’ve hit a brick wall? I need advice. My parcel says it’s going to be delivered today but it’s not even at my local DO????
How useless, seems like the spam/scam accounts are way quicker at responding to messages than the real Royal Mail🤨 still not heard anything else however. My important package seems like it won’t be coming today. 11:40 delivery slot…. What a joke
@ubereats_uk@UberUKI_Support had a £25 off voucher, come to use it and now it’s gone. The expiry was 9th October! Not happy at all, you give vouchers out and then when we actually want to use them you take them away. You are liars

@UberUKI_Support@Uber_Support@UberEats This is the generic message that was repeated to me 3 times. To clarify, I had not tried to make any order, so unsure what they are even talking about. I understood there is a basket minimum but my point is that my voucher disappeared prematurely, seems like support are useless!!
Issue still not resolved, Ubers way of “helping” customers is repeating the same response that isn’t even related to the issue. Contacted about a missing voucher, instead received response saying it has a minimum basket requirement and it’s still available, THEN WHERE IS IT
@DynamicRush12@UberUKI_Support I know, their support is terrible. I had similar cases to yours, they never solved it and I was left out of pocket. Sent me wrong orders and then I’m the one who has to pay. There is no way to contact in the app and their replies are useless. Hope you get it sorted man
@DynamicRush12@UberUKI_Support I sent them a dm, they responded basically not helping me at all, and then I responded back, waiting to hear back. I want the issue resolved, they gave me a discount and then way before the expiry, removed it from my account for no reason
@McDonaldsUK terrible experience at one of your stores. Customised my food to have NO PICKLEs as I am allergic and no onions. However they decided they will put them on anyway and it looks like they even put extra. Food was rancid and had to be thrown away
@virginmedia I’ve DMed you. The volt issue is sorted and I’m getting the full volt speed next to the router. However in the garden and in bedrooms im either getting no signal or extremely low speeds (20mbps). Can I request the free wifi pods
@virginmedia our internet was supposed to be upgraded to the next package with volt as we are with O2 as well. However it is still the same speed and the customer service representatives on the phone don’t even know what I talking about
