@GilGullickson How can there be a claim when we were told #dicamba wouldn't move except by incompetent applicators. Does anyone find it odd that the only product applicators mess up on is dicamba?
Over a year ago, we set out to learn what Monsanto and BASF knew about the damage their #dicamba products would cause.
It turns out, the companies not only knew that it would cause damage, but counted on the harm to sell more:

Monsanto, BASF Get $265M Dicamba Verdict Slashed To $75M - Law360 https://t.co/Pas0GMYsC0
Letting the verdict stand is critical. #dicamba moves and they knew it but promoted it anyway. How do you value the price of intentional bad actions?
@Bayer4CropsUS@SuccessfulFarm Does it include the phone you number for your insurance company to make it easier to contact when your #dicamba damages your neighbors crops?
Might be helpful. Seems like a good idea to include just to be ready.
Yesterday during the dicamba webinar I asked a simple question but got no answer. If dicamba doesn't volatize why do we need to buy a new product to reduce volatility? Were you lieing then or lieing now. Still waiting an answer. #Dicamba
@FarmFutures Arrogance lives far beyond politicians. What is wrong with these people? #dicamba shouldn't have even been reregistered let alone have complaints about a June 30th cutoff or wider buffers. In addition, states now can't impose stricter rules. Complete failure on all aspects.
@chuckbenbrook@JoeBiden I wouldn't be too sure about that rollback Chuck. Remember what administration first approved dicamba and the same people at EPA are still in charge. Money flows to both R and D alike. Gina McCarthy demanded the first approval despite the facts presented.
@garyruskin@gazettedotcom@erinfjordan Who could have seen this coming? Monsanto's inner scientists all knew. The documents clearly confirm they knew #dicamba would move and damage be widespread so they marketed to people as a defensive safety product. How did they look at themselves in the mirror?
@RobbFraley Any technology that allows for reduced use of #dicamba should be considered exciting. Could this actually be an admission that better alternatives are available?

Great article about #dicamba and the reregistration attempts... but I must have missed something. For 5 years we were told this didn't volatize but now we have a new additive to reduce volatility? Brilliant move. Just saying'!
@GSpoultry1 So you're saying only a select few super managers are capable of utilizing this product and everyone else are dunces? I'm sure there are a lot of good managers who are victims of a defective product who might disagree with your perception of their abilities.
@OliverWDouglas3 @SD_Ag_Labs You must be terrifically clairvoyant to know so much about me from a simple tweet raising a salient point about dicamba. I suppose I kick my dog and drag my wife by her hair too. I'm glad to be engaged on twitter with such a genius.

I think I must be confused. If #dicamba isn't volatile as we've been told, why spend the time, money and effort to create a new non-volatile formulation? Just askin'.
