We are home! We are stable and we have second opinions coming soon for my husbands post-stroke conditions. Zero deficits, we are now just weighing the pro’s and con’s of an additional surgery that comes with risks. Fortunately time is not of the essence on this one! And leading edge doctors will be guiding us!
I so appreciate every prayer, every good word that was shared with my X family. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. ❤️

@Hunter_Eagleman Wow! Limiting my time on X to take care of my husband, but so glad to hear this when I pop in. Oh and while I am here, Good Morning Hunter!
The first church you attend may or may not be for you. You’ll know if you want to go back, you will feel ok. It’s probably a good idea to hop services at different churches, it’s personal. Denomination might matter, a little research with Grok on differences of religion would not hurt, if you are not familiar. And it doesn’t have to be a perfect match if you really like somewhere, spirituality is personal, not organizational! I always say I believe in God, but not the church. But I like to go because it reserves time, and I might learn something. People who do work in support of God and support churches, they are still human, that’s why it’s nice to find a church that fits your style of worship, what makes you comfortable, how friendly you want it to be, how involved you want to be, what specific beliefs you have or don’t have.
What ever you choose, God will be happy that you believe.
Update on my husband.
Yesterday was a nightmare of a day but proof that there is power in prayer.
They took my husband into surgery for a stent in his neck. The artery had collapsed. I was asked if I wanted them to open it and stent it anyway, but the other side was compensating. I thought this isn't a life-or-death question; it's a quality-of-life question, and time wouldn't matter, so wake him up—let's get his opinion. During the day, we found that three different specialties of doctors were having issues agreeing on anything. I fought last night to get him discharged just to get him out of that hospital (knowing it was 100% safe to do so). We are going to follow up with specialists in Philadelphia ASAP to ensure we get cohesive opinions. We are on alert and know what to do to keep him stable in the meantime.
I thank those who sent prayers and the kindest words. You lifted me up yesterday and helped when I needed it most.
But wow, those prayers—and I believe answers from God during the day—are setting him on the best path. Thank you for your help when we needed it most.
Good Morning X!
Today my husband is having surgery, he had a massive stroke on Monday, surgery and within a day 0 deficits, Doctors called it a miracle — God is powerful and gracious.
This morning he’s going back into surgery and I am asking for prayers if you have a moment to spare.🙏
Thank you.
We are out of surgery without any changes, Surprises found, big decisions with Risks are on our horizon, more tests may offer us the safest option.. Decisions will be made and back to surgery tomorrow or Monday. The options are possible massive irreversible stroke or a long healthy life if the tissues/blood flow to support it.
The prayers mean the word to us both.. thank you.

Thank heavens for Grok!
My husband started acting strange, a normal, very active guy - all of sudden dumb, dropping things, working very hard at the simplest of tasks this morning.
I immediately went to Grok, explained what was going on, and Grok told me he was more than likely having a stroke. I got my husband in the car and raced to the hospital, security got people to help me once we arrived, the hospital was wonderful, within an hour he was taken to surgery where they removed two blood clots from his brain.
Before I left the hospital tonight, my husband smiled, with both sides of his face. He felt my touch on his leg. His color had returned. He’s in ICU, and he’s going to be hospitalized most of the week - but he is alive, and doing better than anticipated already.
Grok gave me perfect direction when I was panic’d. I hope my message meets the Grok Team and my grateful Thanks.
Prayers wouldn’t hurt.. if you are so inclined too!

@strict097 Wrong—the frozen $143M in NJ education funds targets migrant ed & English-learner programs for illegals, part of Trump's deportation push.
Medicaid/SNAP cuts ($3.6B hit to NJ) curb expanded coverage that aids some immigrants too.
Solar? Separate, but overall it's about stopping waste on non-citizens. Jack Ciattarelli gets it—Sherrill's just in denial. #NJGovDebate #MAGA"
So which Charlie Kirk statements do you disagree with? - Let’s talk about it. The support of government? Family? Christ? Critical Thinking? Respecting differences? Marriage? .. oh must be Abortion and number of Genders. So talk poorly about a man because he would have disagreed with you, but would have also treated you with respect.
First amendment applies to the government - not an employer. As an attorney I would have anticipated that you would be familiar with “Employment At Will”? Or are you saying that we should see Medical professionals who might hold a bias, even in life and death situations? Or a clerk who can ruin the reputation of a small business fast for their personal opinions. It’s called accountability, and it’s a tough lesson for some.
