Dear @Uber, I used your service just two days ago and am a regular user. Today got a mail that said ’s been a long time since you’ve taken a ride with Uber. Uber will delete your account associated with ***@gmail.com and data in 30 days. Why? In my uberapp I am always logged in
@Niva_Bupa got a call from your customer care..twice today..wasn't able to hear anything. Can't you just respond to my queries on email like everyone else. Will help end the missed calls/couldn't hear game. You are in a service industry, an email response should be default
@Niva_Bupa for once I would like to have a customer care experience where I don't have to call out your poor customer care on social media. Ser request number 24837032 raised on Aug 21. I missed one call, you close when you didn't. Why can't you just give the response on email!
@krupakotecha_ It should show up in your IRCTC account. There you will have a transaction ID. Write to IRCTC with the transaction ID. Use the complaint/contact link. It will take you to a new website.
Online booking @IRCTCofficial is designed to force you to opt for agent/tatkal. Tried booking 2 tickets for train (HSR SC SF Exp 22738). Shows 9 tickets available, when you book you get a WL 9 and 1! What's going on @AshwiniVaishnaw@IRCTCofficial
Mediclaim companies are literally lichad animals, worst kinda group of people to exist on planet. A lower middle class patient has got acute slip disc, loss of power in foot, bladder dysfunction and needs surgery in urgent. When applied for mediclaim they have given query for 3 times since morning asking for same paper again and again and now even reached patient’s home to check if its genuine. They didn’t even stop there. They went to neighbours asking about duration in ‘days exact’ about ailment.
Neighbours just gave vague answer that the ailment has been there for 20 more days than reported & they heard ambulance siren which took him to some place ? Hospital ? Diagnostic centre ? and now those investigators are calling patient that if he is ‘hiding’ the number of days he has pain and patient is telling that he has it for since 2 days and neighbours must have vaguely conveyed.
Such useless drama is going on since morning for a mere approval for a surgery which should be done within 24 hours just because a CLERK who has no idea of medical science wants to prove a point by rejecting claim to woo his/her bosses.
This is not the first time i am seeing this nor i am first doctor to witness this stupidity but thought to share to people in general.
The surgery is now scheduled at 11 tomorrow. Lets see if we get an approval.
Another Dr Manmohan Singh anecdote that tells you much about his persona. This from Rahul Singh, former editor and son of Khushwant Singh.
Folks, in the tributes being paid to Dr Manmohan Singh, let me add a true anecdote my father liked to relate about him, to show what an unusual PM and politician he was, the like of which India is not likely to see again.
Dr Manmohan Singh was standing for a Lok Sabha seat from Delhi (he lost) and his brother came to see my father for a donation to help the campaign. I think my father gave him about a lakh. After the election, my father got a call from Dr Manmohan Singh, asking my father if he could come and see him. My father of course said yes. As soon as he met my father, after the usual pleasantries, Dr Manmohan Singh said, “I believe you gave some money to my brother.” My father brushed it off and said it was nothing. “Here it is, I am returning it to you,” replied Dr Manmohan Singh, and handed the packet containing the cash, to my Dad’s astonishment.
“Which Indian politician would do that?” my father would later tell his friends. That’s the kind of man Dr Manmohan Singh was, of complete integrity and transparency. And humility. Uppi said that even those who did not know him felt a personal loss with his passing. Absolutely right. We shall all miss him, even his opponents and critics.
@bijaya_biswal At airports housekeeping cleans the loo after every single use. Even then people happily leave their dump in the commode. All it takes is a simple flush to make the life of the cleaning staff easy, but no they will not do it as it is someone else's job
India is unclean because sanitation is considered as the birth occupation and responsibility of a few marginalized castes, cleanliness related work is viewed as "impure" and public hygiene is not perceived as a collective responsibility.
Dear @Niva_Bupa for once I wud like to get a response from you without having to raise it on social media. My service request no. 23240270 got two email response. One says it will be resolved in 5 days another says it has been resolved & wants my feedback. It remains unresolved
so finally managed to talk to a customer care executive @Niva_Bupa through their IVR. It is a maze. The customer care executive however was very helpful. They confirmed they don't have an email id where you can send them your queries. Yup the only way to talk to them is via phone
Since I first made the mistake of taking a policy from @Niva_Bupa I have to admit shitty customer service has been their hallmark. In the four years, I have had a problem at least on three occasions every time i renewed my policy and I was not even putting forth a claim!!!!
Seriously who designed the @Niva_Bupa interface on their website and who came up with the brilliant automated response. How can you not even have a customer support email id as an insurance provider?
Have spent the last one hour trying to get past the damn IVR of @Niva_Bupa in the hope that at the end i will get to talk to a customer support executive. We will discover the mystery of black hole before @Niva_Bupa improves its interface and customer support!!!!
Anyone keen on having a royal headache should actually try to call @Niva_Bupa customer helpline. It is a study in how not to create a customer helpline number. Not one option to talk to a customer support executive.
The problem with @Niva_Bupa customer response is that only they can call you, you can't call or write to them. If you miss their call twice, they close your request. With an email, there is proof of what you sought and how they responded, the same not available on phone.
Can you be part of a service industry without actually having a customer service email? I just tweeted about @Niva_Bupa not having a customer service email, they asked me to DM, generated by service request but the original question of a customer service email was not answered.
