@airindia Also if you “downgraded”.. shouldn’t you have refunded the extra paid to you ? Flight timings matter & more so for senior citizens. We pay extra to travel at a convenient time . You are shamelessly trying to brazen it out . We’ll never ever book on AI again.

@airindia Also just to let you know that the said flight was only “cancelled” for us ! It took off from Dubai for Del at 4:05pm. Those who are foolish enough to book Premium Economy with AI should know that they’ll be lied to if the unethical org can make a few extra bucks @MoCA
