@phoenix_truth92@DerrickEvans4WV The only problem with this is your sentence “not legal on school grounds”
The knife was legal, but against school rules. Those are not laws.
@spacemankaos@Shea143Ca@RightWngdAngel You cannot respond to a shoulder touch or a push with lethal force, in any state. That’s what people don’t get. They see self defense as a blanket statement. And it’s not that. There’s laws in place. There’s levels to it. They’re proper and improper self defense. This is improper
@RightWngdAngel This whole thing originating from trying to get out of the rain is crazy.
Teach everyone to deal with things better. Who tf cares if they sit there?
@maxekpunobi His lawyers were not that great though. The cross examination, the witness examination.
They even made a statement, to their own witness along the lines of “we have never spoke before correct?”
Why the fuck would the defense not talk to their own witness before that?
Karmelo was sentenced by the Jury to 35 years in prison for murder.
It wasn’t self defense. He was going to prison either way, either murder or manslaughter.
This is not because he’s black. It’s not because Austin was white. It’s because it’s illegal in ALL 50 states.
@4Gt2Hate@native_ace@jdmiles11 He wasn’t followed. James was at the courthouse for a reason, he had a hearing at 1:30pm.
Chud, had court that day at 9am, he did not show up to his court hearing, but returned around 12-1pm with a firearm.
Who the fuck goes to a courthouse with a firearm?
@jdrieder57@lsteinberg7@jdmiles11 No, that is not true at all.
There is a legal definition of murder, and a legal definition of manslaughter.
How tf you gonna have the internet and only use it to be wrong instead of learning?
I think it’s great that Chudder Bob is still in jail. It’s not for 1st amendment.
I called this exact situation. 🤣🤣
Why would you bring a gun to the courthouse?
Why would you skip your court hearing, and then go back and do this, with a gun?
