Just an update on 1.29: we are in the final stretch and are in the process of submitting builds to the relevant platforms. We hope to have the update out within the next few weeks. We will let you know the exact release date once all submissions pass. A full wipe is still planned across all platforms. We will also release the "DayZ in 2026" article alongside the 1.29 update.

@DeadfallDayZ @InclementDab As someone who ran a server on a private map mod before I must agree with Deadfall here. The devs probably spent months creating that map, and it has rightfully paid off for them. Their servers are full and they want to control who uses their map mod. Which IMO is fair.
