[Sweet Queen Mary @mrimides]

@belmontsprings horrible experience, called at least 9 times since Wed. No one picking up, this is bad. This is not right.

[Eric Parent "The Smooth Bear" @TheSmoothBear]

[Sweet Queen Mary @mrimides]

@belmontsprings you need to respond to my DM please. It is not okay for a customer not being able to reach CS representative @TheSmoothBear

[Sweet Queen Mary @mrimides]

@belmontsprings Ive been trying to reach CS since Sept 30! This is so messed up. I've DM & it's useless, no on had gotten back to me

[Sweet Queen Mary @mrimides]

@belmontsprings @TheSmoothBear this is not right that a customer can't get a hold of this company! Been trying since sept. 30, made 17 calls

[Sweet Queen Mary @mrimides]

@belmontsprings @TheSmoothBear spoke to ONE CS after waiting 36 minutes, arranged for oct 6 for driver to pick up - Never showed,

[Sweet Queen Mary @mrimides]

@belmontsprings @TheSmoothBear this is my last attempt, I am not responsible. I've done my part, do yours. I'm moving tomorrow. Pick it up!

[Eric Parent "The Smooth Bear" @TheSmoothBear]

@belmontsprings your company is incompetent. I have been trying to tell you that I've moved for 2 months

[Eric Parent "The Smooth Bear" @TheSmoothBear]

@belmontsprings now you send me a fucking bill for the water you delivered by mistake. I just got a call saying you are delivering more.

[Eric Parent "The Smooth Bear" @TheSmoothBear]

@belmontsprings I cant believe after all the hours spent on the phone trying to reach you, on Twitter tweeting, and on hold with ur peeps

[Eric Parent "The Smooth Bear" @TheSmoothBear]

@belmontsprings this stupid company has closed most of its branches and because of your failures you're going to ask me to wait 2 hours

[Eric Parent "The Smooth Bear" @TheSmoothBear]

@belmontsprings plz take me to collections for the bill. I will need a judge to tell me that I still owe you money for service.

[Eric Parent "The Smooth Bear" @TheSmoothBear]

@belmontsprings I never got the water you idiots. @mrimides and I were telling that we've moved to Florida!

[Eric Parent "The Smooth Bear" @TheSmoothBear]

@belmontsprings @mrimides are we now indentured servants because we had the misfortune of patronizing your business?

[Eric Parent "The Smooth Bear" @TheSmoothBear]

@belmontsprings @mrimides am I doomed to tweet this fucking water company for the rest of my life? You suck and are ruining my day.

[Eric Parent "The Smooth Bear" @TheSmoothBear]

@belmontsprings @mrimides I've tried calling you over and over again for this 3rd round of bullshit from you. WILL YOU EVER respond?

[Eric Parent "The Smooth Bear" @TheSmoothBear]

@belmontsprings @mrimides don't you know that this is the Internet age? Everyone else can respond instantly. Why can't you?
