Yesterday I took a -$3.1K loss and today I made $5,577.

What I do religiously to avoid “hesitation” or “self doubt” and continue to execute with conviction if given the opportunity:

- ACCEPTANCE: accept the loss for what it is. Recollect / Reassess / Recalibrate

- Live charting session with the community to break down the following: Why we entered + what what wrong + what could have been done differently (if applicable) etc

The truth:

It don’t matter how long you been trading. Losses will always take a toll on you. At least for me it still does. I been trading for five years going on six. If they just shrug it off 1) they probably aren’t trading with size 2) they don’t care about you. Especially in my nature. People depend on me with the KNOWLEDGE I provide because I understand that most people are trading with accounts less than $3k. Hell some trading with less than $500.

I care.

This is why I choose to take setups only within my system and not just “size in for zero” or “lotto” trades. If it’s out of my system I avoid the trading day entirely. I don’t force anything. A stock can move 10 points in any direction but if I don’t see my “entry” I’m chillin.

90% of retailers lose 90% of their money within the first 90 days because 1) they are always told to size in for zero 2) they take lottos more than they take anything that is part of a system.

Have a system. Thats all it is. Having a system will build / give you patience. You will catch you self taking less trades and making more money 🌱
