@jlandpartners feel cheated. I did a click and collect on 4 March as couldn’t buy in store, had to self isolate for 14 days then your store closed so couldn’t return items. Just looked up to see if store open and it says I should have returned by post within 35 days.

@jlandpartners I didn’t leave the house for more than 35 days so how was I going to do that. Plus you emailed me to say stores closing , why not email those who you knew had recently received orders to advise no extra time.
