@bt_uk the service has been absolutely shambolic. The home move team were contacted on Feb 9 as my Uncle was moving to a retirement bungalow. The phone should have been installed on the 26 Feb, cancelled then 28 Feb cancelled then 7 March also cancelled endless calls

@bt_uk The complaint has also been closed and there is no ownership, the manager isn’t available until Saturday. It’s not acceptable it’s over a month and still not phone. How can a company be so incompetent?

@bt_uk promises of ownership and calls back but nothing my elderly Uncle is still without a phone and I’ve spent hours trying to resolve. The advice yesterday was that the technical team said it couldn’t be done as a home move and it had to be done as a new account
