@CTilburyMakeup Hi please get the mascara samples in Cardiff John Lewis. It stated if eye makeup booked, you would receive the mascara sample however not available. Please don’t offer a scam. Colleague was nice and I bought 5 items but would like to try mascara. Thanks

@BootsUK Hi, I signed up for the boots recycling scheme last week and posted pictures of blister packs but they’re still pending after 3 days. I thought photos were approved within 24 hrs. How can I get these photos approved so I can get the packs recycled. Thanks

@marksandspencer Hi, I’ve just been in the M&S store in Cardiff. For the 3rd time in the past couple of months I have tried to download the cafe stamp card. I scan the code follow the instructions and it never works. A couple of the cafe assistants tried too. Any help? Thanks

@GWRHelp The **:14 i.e 14 minutes past the hr from Swindon used to go to Cardiff. I notice they are terminating at BPW now. Is this a permanent timetable change and so there is now only 1 train an hr from SWI to CDF rather than the previous 2? Thanks

@GWRHelp When is the 1742 Swi to Nwp going to move? I can see that the trespasser has been moved to safety 30 mins ago but the trains have not moved at all? Am I going to be able to get to NWP? Thanks
