When we get the full page translated the conclusion is probably going to be that it's just referring to them fighting in Isshiki's dimension. Or some bs like that.

It doesn't make sense for Isshiki to be 4 or 5D anyway. When he's trying to reach Shibai who is a 4D god.

The important paragraph says something close to:

“Because he possesses Byakugan capable of perceiving chakra,
Jigen detects Sasuke who entered through (“Yomotsu Hirasaka.”)
Meaning: Sasuke crossed dimensions using his space-time ninjutsu.
Jigen could still perceive him.
This also implies chakra sensing works across dimensional barriers for top-tier Ōtsutsuki.

The databook is NOT outright saying that “Isshiki is infinitely higher-dimensional” Rather it is saying:
these realms are treated as separate dimensions/spacetimes,
and their powers transcend ordinary spatial interaction.
That supports:
Kaguya’s dimensions being genuine space-time continuums,
Ōtsutsuki abilities manipulating dimensional structure,
Naruto top tiers interacting with extradimensional spaces.

In terms of Scaling… This Just Confirms that Naruto & Sasuke are;
-Large Planetary to Star level
-Massively FTL reactions/combat speeds.
-Strong space-time/dimensional interaction scaling.

@7minus1 @Klemen2019 I'm speaking in general. In Naruto specifically it probably would have been better if Naruto and co went to a different dimension. Then the ball came smashing through as it had engulfed the first dimension entirely. However I think the statements still suffice.
