The RepublicのRaidは、ただ対象の投稿に反応して終わりではありません。参加するRaidを選び、書かれている条件を確認し、必要な行動をして、その証拠を提出するところまでが一連の流れです。

私が参加するときは、まず現在受付中のRaidから、自分が期限までに対応できそうなものを選びます。次に、対象の投稿や必要なアクション、証拠の提出方法をRaidの説明で確認します。条件はRaidごとに違うので、以前参加したものと同じだと思い込まず、毎回内容を読み直すのが大切です。

たとえば、特定の投稿への「いいね」と、内容に沿った返信が求められている場合は、指定された投稿を開き、実際に必要な操作を行います。返信も定型文を貼るのではなく、投稿の内容に触れた自分の言葉で書くようにします。そのうえで、Raidの指示に合わせて返信の直接リンクやスクリーンショットなどを提出します。個人情報やアカウントの詳細を公開する必要はありません。

ここで気をつけたいのは、証拠を提出した時点では、まだ完了とは限らないことです。提出後にレビューがあり、内容が確認・承認されて初めてVPが付与されます。もし条件と証拠が合っていなければ、修正を求められることもあります。

承認された投稿は、ほかの参加者が見つけて応援できるRaidのキューに送られます。ひとつの投稿が、作成した本人だけでなくコミュニティにも広がっていくところが、The Republicの仕組みのおもしろさだと感じています。

参加前にRaidの条件を読む。指定された内容を実行する。必要な証拠を提出する。そして、承認されるまで状況を確認する。流れを理解しておくと、初めてでも落ち着いて取り組めます。
