@hayu_uk why won't any of my programmes won't play. I have constant problems with this app I have never even had 1 problem with #Netflix & if I did they would offer month's subscription for free, in 3 year's with continuous issues

@hayuhelps Sending me dm's trying to blame a Chromecast when you can't even cast to unless video plays first with hayu then the box comes up to cast but not before so that blows the Chromecast theory out of the water how dare u dm me to say thanx for confirming

@hayuhelps It wasn't the Chromecast because you can't cast till it the video actually starts playing & then you can cast. Even if I try to watch stuff on my phone it won't play so don't blame the chromcast cause it doesn't happen with any other apps!

@ohhhhunaaay @hayu_uk The thing that really gets me is if we paid them a £1 less we wouldn't be able to watch it yet it's ok for #hayu to provide a service that's not fit for purpose & we can't get a few month of viewing without an issue maybe #TradingStandards could give advice

@hayuhelps @ohhhhunaaay I know ur rite plus the instructions were for a laptop & not a phone oh the other thing is it's my Chromecast well if that's the case why does every other apps work fine, after getn assistance the app then told me my pin was wrong obvs wasn't ahhh

@KateHF @hayuhelps Funnily enough I am Jacqueline 🤦‍♀️😀 They tried say my chrome on go to chrome browser & cache cleaned out needed updated cause I was using a Chromecast it's a fone not a laptop & my chrome is fine on my fone so they to look at their app's issues

U wouldn't order room service it arrives half cooked u wouldn't accept that service or a taxi the driver drops u half way there u wouldn't put up with that service either so what is ur reply to this @hayu_uk am ready to cancel it more bother than it's worth

Of the issues the customer service is the worst I have had with any app & if I did have a issue they always have had a good well gesture, getting nothing here apart from go to DM well thats not good enough I am paying for a service am i am not getn the use of
