@O2 @peterkay_co_uk I can’t get logged into the app, I’ve tried clearing the cache, deleting and reinstalling the app, using various different devices and nothing is working everything use just refreshes the page and asks me to enter my phone number again without being able to log in. Help plz 🙏

Hi @MartinSLewis, my parcel from @AmazonUK was thrown into strangers garden 2 streets away from my home by @Hermesparcels they wont log a complaint & I'm being told I can't get an explanation as to why they did this because of data privacy, just wondering what my rights are?

Hey @Hermesparcels what a pile of shite your customer service is...oh yeah that's right there isnt one. I would like to complain about the fact that one of your delivery drivers threw my parcel over a strangers fence two streets away from me and marked it as a safe place 🤬

Hi @AmazonUK what's your process for logging an official complaint please? I've just been on the phone to your customer service team who told me customers cant log complaints they only take feedback. Now you see I'm no lawyer but isnt that an infringement of my consumer rights?

@AmazonHelp @AmazonUK Well that was an absolute waste of my time! I have been told again that you do not follow up on complaints and this infomation will be fed back and investigated internally. Clearly you are not bother about the distress and inconvenience you cause customers! @AmazonUK
