Go Utility Warehouse! Send out an engineer in Jan to service boiler. Barely looks at it but fan is on it's way out. Can't repair till it breaks. Broke today. UW we can't send anyone till you pay £60. Sends engineer, fans broken need to order part. No heat/hot water. 4 cold kids.
