Idk who told you this, but "unc" and "auntie" are terms of endearment. These terms actually come from African American Vernacular English (AAVE or ebonics) because in black culture older people are actually respected and revered.
Idk how they became negative terms online.
@KariDaniels The fact that it’s an incomplete game is what’s upsetting in hindsight. You needed Sonic & Knuckles to complete the story. I love Sonic 2 more personally.
@Gantzz32@jeremnoo@RichAndPowe7ful@alextheballller@DiscussingFilm Most humans who hate/fear/discriminate against mutants typically either don’t care to co-exist, don’t understand or care to understand mutants, and/or hate them simply for existing. To them, they aren’t humans with abilities, they’re flawed abominations. (2/2)
@sportingroars@KevinGarnett5KG Wade had 42 total playoff wins is prior to LeBron’s arrival & won a ring in that time. In the 4 years prior to them joining each other, he was injured 1 of those 4 seasons you’re talking about.
It’s ok to acknowledge Bron’s greatness without acting like Wade didn’t help him too
@uscfan981 Steph - No explanation needed
MJ - Same
KD - Versatile, 7ft, can score from all 3 levels
Melo - Olympic Melo is DIFFERENT. Made for Euroball
The Admiral - True Center, athletic, and can score and protect the rim
@NBAStatGuy_ Funny how you quote tweeted a mistype but conveniently ignored where I corrected it after you pointed out the error. What’s really wrong with the NBA fandom is disingenuous people like you who’d rather create discourse than have an actual conversation. I like LeBron btw 🤡
@NBAStatGuy_@AllMigh71914148@sirdibbydukes He tore his meniscus in his knee. My bad, multitasking at work. Still, he was leading that team as the oldest player on that roster before injury
@AllMigh71914148@sirdibbydukes Tbh, I personally don’t think that hurts his legacy either. He was legitimately injured and missed extended time. Now, when players (not just him) that use injuries as load management to play selective games during the second half of the season are a different issue.
@AllMigh71914148@sirdibbydukes You’re not wrong but are we also going to pretend the Wizards weren’t doing much better in the East (5th seed) with Jordan leading the team before he tore his Achilles? He was making a difference, then he got hurt. We gonna hold that against him too?
@AaronMLong@billsperos@Novig@SportsCentralO Exactly! People either conveniently forget or don’t realize that prior to the draft lottery, the draft went in order by best record to worst. NBA Champs always got the number 1 pick. It’s kinda easy to keep winning, when you get to add the best players in college after each Chip.
@The_Real_Dane_G@FastbreakHoops5 Solid list. I’d probably drop Nash and add Tim Hardaway (the move him up a few spots) but solid list. Honorable mention: Rod Strickland, Rajon Rondo, Kenny Anderson, and D.Rose
