- grammatical structures
- vocabulary
- logical patterns
- concentration
- subconscious food

@keithbc86 Sometimes it really fatigues you, depending on your fitness goals or the place of the fitness/sport in your life.
Fatigue is inevitable, but you can manage it if you have well structured recovering habits.
Overdoing while neglecting recovering is where everything fall apart.
