A brave person I knew was attacked by a Russian drone a few hours ago in Kherson. He died in a hospital.
Two hours later, a hospital was shelled and damaged. A doctor was killed and a nurse injured.
Russians kill people with drones.
Stop human safari.
Kherson.
Svitlana, 18, dreamed of learning Japanese and translating comic books.
She said, “In Kherson, the air is different! So good to breathe! We’ll rebuild everything!”
Yesterday, a Russian drone cut her in halves in front of her mom.
🇯🇵 friends, who follow; an ask ⬇️

Today in Kherson russian terrorists shelled a children’s playground.
Father — killed. Mother and two little daughters — hospitalized.
russians are murderers. Nothing else.
"I ate in a calorie deficit but didn't lose weight."
No, you did not.
Jeremy Ethier ran a small metabolism experiment using astronaut-grade accuracy.
What he found was that out of 9 people, not one had a fast or slow metabolism. Everyone burned almost exactly what their body weight predicted.
The most interesting part he found was that most people underestimated how much they ate by 500–1,000+ calories a day.
A skinny guy who couldn't gain weight guessed 2,000. He was actually eating 3,300. An overweight girl who wanted to lose weight guessed 1,800. She was at 3,000.
Not one had an abnormal metabolism. Every single one had a tracking problem.
Studies actually show people underestimate their daily calorie intake by 20–50%, with the gap widest among those who need accuracy most.
People are not broken, but their tracking is. Fix that and the math takes care of itself.
In a heinous attack on Kyiv last night, Russia killed daughter of Ukraine’s fallen soldier. Lyubava Yakovleva was only 12. Her father Yevhen was killed in action 3 years ago. Lyubava’s big sister is missing - rescuers are trying to find her under the rubble.
It’s not just Putin.
Every day Russia commits terrorist attacks on 🇺🇦 civilians. Today Russia murdered 6 people and injured two dozen more in another deliberate strike on civilian infrastructure in Merefa, Kharkiv region #StopRussia#StandWithUkraine

Human safari is raging. Nothing is being done in the world to respond adequately.
Note: I’m in Kyiv seeking help; heading back ASAP.
Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, village of Lyubymivka
A drone of Russian fascists deliberately struck the house, killing a woman and her dog, and leaving her 72-year-old husband with severe injuries.
Just peaceful civilians, attacked in the courtyard of their own home.
Absolutely devastating footage from Kostiantynivka.
A city that was still living a relatively calm life is now bleeding.
And why? Because the so-called “civilized” world keeps allowing russia to do this.
#Херсон
Це повинен побачити весь світ,коли нема досягнень на полі бою,російські нелюди устраюють сафарі на цивільних людей,люди просто їхали за їжею,і росіяне їх в упор розстріляли

❗️A 77-year-old grandmother was evacuated on a ground robot by soldiers of the 🇺🇦Third Army Corps.
She was moving along a road under fire. The entire operation took 4 hours.
Real journalism comes down to three words: responsibility, values, and honesty.
So-called “neutrality,” “objectivity,” and “impartiality” mean nothing if they amount to equating the victim with the aggressor, good with evil, or parroting the aggressor’s lies in the name of some hollow “balance.”
That doesn’t serve the public, it serves the aggressor.
Real journalism is about taking responsibility, stepping out of line when necessary and telling people what actually matters, filtering your work through your values and being honest about it.
Everything else is noise.
