I forgot to add a picture of the hole that they dug that's been there for about two months. Looks kind of hazardous to me. I saw an @att truck working there a couple of times then nothing.

Let me tell you how much @att sucks. We still have a landline (because my mom preferred it) and WiFi. It stopped working in August. I called and they said someone cut a cable. Then they left the new cable overnight and someone stole it.

By the way, @att , the whole time this is going on my mama who I have taken care of for 10 years because she couldn't walk is on hospice. So thank you so much for adding to my already skyhigh stress.

They sure don't miss sending a bill out every month though. Then I have to call and tell them I don't have any service and I'm not paying it. I get to hear "Let me run some tests" and "Have you tried resetting the modem" everytime.

I saw a couple of trucks come out they drove around awhile, one dude went up the pole by my house where I can still see something is cut, then he left and it's still not fixed. That was around sometime in October.
