@MsMystie @BlizzardCS They have done 0 server upgrades since WoD, so they rely on the fact that less players log in as the patch goes on to stabilize the servers. There's no excuse for that. They pretend it's out of their control but they could change this.

I recognize it's a community of people responding from the official Blizzard CS Twitter account, so continuity errors will exist. They also apologized on the forums, though I haven't been there.
