@invisiblepeople been Watching ur stuff... really moved. Was wondering what you would give homeless people if u had a care package. The top 10 items. I'd like 2 help in my area. N I thought ud have the best answers
@BarberaJean7 It sounds cliche but relapse is apart of recovering & that's ok. Obviously we should try and avoid it but don't be to hard on yourself is all I'm sayin.
Looking back at my old tweets I see this one... Fast forward to today and I'm now 90 days from 1 year of #sobriety... Wow! Never thought after years of struggling w/ alcoholism I'd make it this far.
Only a few things now adays makes me seriously consider relapsing. I went as far as planning in my head how I could drink... oh man.. I'll never go back to that. #sobriety#alcoholism
Thought I was going to relapse yesterday. Now having basically half a year of #sobriety it was a million times easier to manage the stress and avoid #relapse cheers to being #Sober
2morrow is my bday. Which means I'll be 5 days away from 150days of #sobriety frm alcoholism. Five being my lucky number... that's pretty cool. Lol #birthdaymonth#birthdayweek
For any1 on day 1 of #sobriety cheers. It gets easier 2 resist as time goes on. I rarely think about it now but the thought will pop in my head once in awhile. Today i thought about it actually. Still sober. After about 8 years of struggling... Finnaly im still #sober
@followbrdcrumbs I find taking time for yourself is key. By that i mean asking yourself are you happy right now, what can i do 2 become more happy. Where do i c myself in 5 years. That kinda thing
@AlchyRebellion Its a vry situational problem imo. But my advice is avoid those situations wen possible & if not understand ur triggers. Not ever1 will understand so people will drink in front of u. Learning to adapt to this is key to your success in sobriety. Hope this helped.
