@HPSupport Mine was a standard setup from @ATT and none of my other devices ever had trouble with the two signals having the same SSID, so I'd still say it's a flawed design of your product to require the change. It'll work. Just something to consider improving upon in your future products.

@HPSupport Had to work for it but I found your support number from a 3rd party site. If it's on yours you make it awful hard to find. Waited on hold for like an hour but someone did finally pick up and was able to help rename the SSID of my 5Ghz WiFi router signal and now the printer works.
