Trying to move the goal posts again. Now claiming a phrase you used doesn't have a meaning. Which is ironic considering you're been butchering meanings the entire time.
We all get your point. Men can't have a private space you object to.
We get your point. Men's spaces are cool, so they shouldn't only be men's spaces.
We get your point. You just failed at making a convincing argument based on reality and logic.
Dear President Kornbluth and Chairman Gorenberg,
Yesterday, as I am sure you are aware, a Boston jury unanimously found that @MIT professor Kristin Knouse defamed David Sabatini, falsely accused him of rape and sexual harassment, and tortuously interfered with his contractual arrangements including his tenure at MIT.
MIT and its tenure review committee relied on Professor Knouse’s statements when it took away David’s tenure and terminated him.
MIT's policies explicitly prohibit harassment, retaliation, and fabrication of claims. Falsely accusing a colleague of rape and sexual harassment and pushing for his termination under false pretenses are clearly violations of MIT policy.
In light of the unanimous findings of the jury after five years of discovery, many legal motions and countermotions by both parties, and a three-week trial in Suffolk County Superior Court in Boston:
Is MIT going to take away Knouse’s tenure and terminate her?
If not, why not?
Is MIT going to restore David’s tenure, and apologize for firing him?
If not, why not?
In light of what has transpired in this grave miscarriage of justice, MIT has the opportunity and the obligation to right a serious wrong here.
At a minimum, the public deserves transparency into what actions MIT is taking in this case as taxpayers are major funders of MIT.
Sincerely,
Bill Ackman
Scott Johnson over at @powerlineblog asked if they could run the article I wrote a couple of weeks ago about SCOTUS taking up the case involving removal of illegal aliens to third countries, and repeated efforts by a Biden appointee in Massachusetts to impose procedural hurdles.
Of course I agreed and removed the Paywall. Hit the link below and read the article on their website for free.
Scott Johnson put in an "intro" about me that is tremendously generous about my work, and I thank him for his kind words.
Powerline is an OG of conservative social media, founded LONG BEFORE the likes of Twitter, Facebook, etc. It was one of the first of the conservative "Blogs" I discovered back in the Dan Rather/GWB National Guard days. Wanting to be part of that online debate led me to writing at a couple of conservative (or then conservative) media cites for more than a decade until landing at RedState in 2020.
That ballooned my "follower" count here from 2500 to 25,000 in a couple of months and created a stream of income, my response to which was
"They'll pay me to do this? You have got to be kidding me."

Wasting characters complaining about character counts. "Woe is me!"
Continuing to repeat the same blatantly wrong claim that frats are not a private space for men, just because they hold public events, does not negate that frats are by definition, private spaces for men. Going to a music concert does not mean you should now be part of the band.
There are already names for coed groups, and those do not include fraternity or sorority. Insisting on frats allowing women makes them, by definition, no longer a frat.
"No one objects to private spaces for men where no one objects! That segregation is OK. But when people do object, those segregated private men's spaces should not be allowed!"
"I never said anything about a narrow legal interpretation." "I made a narrower claim. ... The law sets some limits."
As is normal for losers, you're moving the goal posts. Trying to gaslight what you've said.
Your first "claim" that "A frat is not a private space for men." is far from narrow and objectively wrong.
Nothing about a narrow legal interpretation there.
You've also claimed that "No one objects to men having their own spaces." while stating "The objection is to ... segregated institutions." Which is a blatant contradiction since men having their own space requires segregation.
Nothing about a narrow legal interpretation there.
You also claimed "I didn't say they should be treated differently" while explicitly advocating against "institutional" men's spaces while defending not holding sororities to the same standard by claiming "the systems are not parallel." based on some arbitrarily particular assessment that frats are more popular.
Nothing about a narrow legal interpretation there.
@NYPop18@neerajadeshp@IWF@InezFeltscher@NRO Its really funny how you continue to put blatantly contradictory statements together.
"No one objects to men having their own spaces."
"The objection is to ... segregated institutions."
Of course you did. You said men can have their spaces, but only the way you approve of. They must be informal and they cannot be a successful social spot.
So of course men can have their spaces, just not as men want them to be. They must conform to how everyone else wants them.
Just another attack on men.
So men can only have their own private spaces that feminists are OK with as long as they act how non-frat feminist members want, otherwise there shouldn't be a private space for men.
And you justify that by claiming men's and women's spaces are different... Which is a tails feminists win, heads men lose situation. Because of course they're different. That's the entire point!
@NYPop18@neerajadeshp@IWF@InezFeltscher@NRO Frats being the primary party space doesn't make justify forcing them to no longer be fraternities.
What you're explicitly saying is men can only have informal, unincorporated spaces to themselves.
That's quite sexist since you don't hold sororities to the same standard.
I've come around to the idea that things have gotten so stupid *because* the world is better than ever. The fewer real problems you have the more fake problems you invent.
Its beyond sad how delusional and self-contradictory your mindset is.
No one objects to men having their own spaces, except you and the other crazy feminists.
What do you think a private space for men even is? "It's an institution in which women are not allowed full participation" (because its a private space for men).
Even assuming the accuracy of your delusional belief that frats are the primary social space for women on many campuses, that does not mean women should now have some right to belong. Socializing is separate from membership. These are distinct concepts. Not even hard concepts.
@awstar11@justforreadin 1) They have to spend most of it in the US anyways
2) We've gotten CIA level intel for decades from Israel for a fraction of the cost
3) We've actually restrained Israeli action by keeping them a close ally
