@LibbySchaaf When is society going to acknowledge that housing has wheels and all you need are plates and a parking spot. Cars are parked for free all over the country. What's the issue with people sleeping in them other than...control issues?

@ChMacArthur I can relate. I successfully raised a 26 year old, 25 year old and now 5 and 7 year old. First two raised in burbs. 2 now on a boat, van and Bali. Futility in the Joneses. Freedom in Swiss Family Robinson. Reinvent yourself and your ideals. They might be someone else's anyways.
Travel demand is massive. The will to supply right now, though, is seemingly minute. Trying to organize a charter out of #Bali Indonesia for a #repatriation flight to #YVR and most #airlines seem to be on leave of absence. Who wants a planeload of #COVID19 tested passengers?

@ben_isitt Not to say that there aren't many that live on the streets because of drugs and mental illness making them economically unviable.
@ben_isitt Not everyone wants to live in a box. Most vanlifers, mariners and many homeless just want acceptance. Being seen as a problem and disenfranchised and marginalized is also an important part of the problem. Many street dwellers laugh and are surprised at being called "homeless".
