I put up a post 12 days ago regarding starting a community to help people start, grow, and improve their firms and the response from you was staggering and humbling. 23 people have reached out to me so far expressing interest in being a coach, an expert, or both. 164 people have expressed an interest in becoming paid members of this coaching community so far.

@ConsciousCPA Rebecca Driscoll, CPA and I have partnered on this new project, and she is awesome! We have different strengths, and we are excited and having a blast getting this up and running.

We are starting a community for accounting, bookkeeping, and tax professionals to learn and grow through mentoring and coaching. We will help you start, grow, and improve your firm, in a collaborative setting.

Rebecca has a great deal of coaching experience and she is a dedicated problem solver. Rebecca truly enjoys helping firms improve their operations and she will keep you on task. She truly wants to help you improve your lives and those of everyone at your firm!

I look at firms on a more macro level. I am blunt and willing to tell you what is wrong, even when you do not want to hear it. I especially like teaching firms how to minimize employee turnover and improve work/life balance, develop a marketing funnel, and remove problem clients.

We want to start the community that you envision. We need your help to do that.

The below form is designed to tell us more about what you want. We also want to know more about what coaches and subject matter experts are interested in.

We will modify our plans based on the results of this survey.
