योगी सरकार ने 8 साल तक हर दिन 2.3 करोड़ रुपये विज्ञापनों पर खर्च किए: रिपोर्ट

न्यूजलॉन्ड्री की एक रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, उत्तर प्रदेश की योगी आदित्यनाथ सरकार ने सत्ता में आने के बाद वित्त वर्ष 2017-18 से 2024-25 के बीच विज्ञापन और प्रचार पर कुल 6,811.94 करोड़ रुपये खर्च किए हैं।

यानी औसतन हर दिन करीब 2.32 करोड़ रुपये। यह केंद्र की नरेंद्र मोदी सरकार के लगभग 1.5 करोड़ रुपये प्रतिदिन के औसत विज्ञापन खर्च से ज्यादा है। यह आंकड़ा सूचना एवं जनसंपर्क विभाग के बजट दस्तावेजों पर आधारित है।

2017-18 में खर्च 294.86 करोड़ रुपये था, जो 2018-19 में 330 करोड़ और 2019-20 में 481.67 करोड़ हो गया। कोविड वर्ष 2020-21 में यह घटकर 392.88 करोड़ रहा, लेकिन उसके बाद तेज बढ़ोतरी हुई। 2021-22 में 1,134.31 करोड़, 2022-23 में रिकॉर्ड 1,420.03 करोड़, 2023-24 में 1,366.34 करोड़ और 2024-25 में 1,391.18 करोड़ रुपये खर्च हुए।

2025-26 के लिए 918.83 करोड़ का बजट रखा गया है। अगर पूरी रकम खर्च हुई तो नौ साल में कुल खर्च करीब 7,730 करोड़ रुपये पहुंच सकता है।

कुल खर्च का 83 प्रतिशत से ज्यादा यानी 5,658.16 करोड़ रुपये अखबार, टीवी और डिजिटल प्लेटफॉर्म पर विज्ञापन में गया। पुस्तिकाओं और पर्चों पर करीब 896.64 करोड़ रुपये खर्च हुए।

न्यूज़लॉन्ड्री ने RTI के जरिए यह जानने की कोशिश की कि किस मीडिया संस्थान को कितना सरकारी विज्ञापन मिला, लेकिन सूचना विभाग ने पूरी जानकारी नहीं दी
