@zenscara Thanks for this Vicky, really clear and well explained. In my branch, people are pointing to this article by UCUCommons which claims that it would have been possible to split the vote into USS/4Fights https://t.co/zCtKyDnDZr . Do you have a response?

@zenscara It sounds like you would have preferred to have voted on consultations for USS and pay separately at HEC. Did nobody on HEC put this forward as a motion or challenge the chair to do so?

@ucu And this is why the question on the e-ballot should have been split in this way. Also split into pensions and four fights. As researchers we wouldn’t accept the results of the e-ballot as valid
