Although MH was treated he lacked capacity re foot. Mr A wasn't, therefore couldn't determine whether that would have impacted his ability to make a capicitous decision?
Can anyone remember the case of the man who had gangrene but COP felt not in Best Interests to treat? I think because he had strong religious views which, although not felt to be 'real', were considered as important to him as anyone else's beliefs? I'd like to compare both...

@RobMitch92 I had conversation with a student this week. Often it's qualified SWs and others who feel intimidated by the newbies' up to date knowledge & passion! Not the other way around.
