@altontowers I’m trying to book a RAP for my son for us to visit after Christmas. He was awarded a Merlin RAP card in October but I’m unable to connect it to your new app. Do I have to reapply for a Nimbus card (incurring more cost) or is there a way to use his existing card.

@Beathhigh We started this one of a painting of the Mary Rose, one whole slab of shades of grey. Got as far as completing the ship and then gave up so we could have the table back for home schooling. One day we’ll get around to completing it.

Ridiculous customer service from @skytv. We want to cancel our subscription but are unable to do this online so have to call. Retention team transfered us to cancellations. Over an hour on hold, answered by another team and informed now closed and will have to ring back!!
