@ashokkmrsingh Its not caste based bias...but those selected in early times mostly were brhamins...most freedom fighters were brhamins...and then in 1970s those entered forces now they are near retirement...they r only left mostly and by seniority...

And many few will be leaving those 40 lakhs for 15 yrs as it is now...so those who left 17 lakh in hdfc mid cap were financial experts and rich...no retailer would leave so much amount in 2011

A source who spoke on condition of anonymity said the CEC had become an embarrassment for the government led by prime minister Narendra Modi after lying to the Supreme Court of India.
