You're still applying to jobs like it's 2019.
Meanwhile companies already operate like AI systems.
Jensen Huang just dropped the blueprint for what's coming.
The people who master AI workflows won't just work faster.
They'll think, build, and operate on a different level entirely.
This is your survival guide for the AI era.
Watch this first.
Then read the article below.
@World The oldest person in the world right now is in kenya, born in 1897. She's actually in our family, great-grandmother.
This is on 8th December 2020, she was 123 years old.
Amazing discussion in Nairobi Kenya at @2ndauf, 8th - 10th April, 2026.
"Urbanisation is not only the future but the best thing that ever happened to the environment, an opportunity that must be harnessed for the present and the future structural transformation of Africa"
Insights:
1. Agenda 2063, the Africa we want.
2. AUF2 will position housing as a unifying platform.
3. It is a long-term prosperity in line with Agenda 2063.
4. The theme places housing urban transformation agenda.
Someone compiled every LeetCode question tagged by company and put it in a public GitHub repo. 300+ companies. Google, Meta, Amazon, Jane Street, Citadel, Stripe, Snowflake - every major employer in tech, each with its own folder.
Each folder is sorted by how recently the question appeared - last 30 days, last 60 days, last 90 days, all time.
Which means if you have a Google interview on Friday, you can open the Google folder and see exactly which problems Google has been asking this month.
The uncomfortable truth this exposes: companies recycle the same questions for months. The interview isn't some unknowable gauntlet, it's a pattern. And patterns can be studied.
Most candidates grind 500 random LeetCode problems and hope for the best. The ones who know this repo exists spend that same time on the 30 problems their target company has been asking in the last 30 days.
Same effort. Completely different odds.
Tech interviews reward preparation over ability more than anyone in hiring wants to admit. This repo just makes that visible.
I haven't personally used this, sharing in case someone might need it.
P.S. are we really still doing LeetCode in 2026?
Everyone is still prompting claude
a few teams are structuring it
and the difference is insane
once you add:
CLAUDE.md โ project memory
skills/ โ auto-activated workflows
agents/ โ parallel workers
hooks โ lifecycle automation
MCP โ external tools
settings.json โ permissions & guardrails
Claude stops being a chatbot
and starts acting like a senior engineer that knows your repo
it remembers conventions
runs tests before commits
refactors in your style
calls tools automatically
splits work across agents
this is not prompting anymore
this is giving Claude a brain + muscle + memory
the teams using structured Claude will ship 10x faster
because theyโre not asking AI for answers
theyโre assigning it responsibilities
bookmark this before everyone discovers CLAUDE.md

I have already done it for you.
With one list. Zero confusion. And no fluff
