Confirm the diagnosis with your pathologist, stage the patient, exclude any contraindications for surgery which can require diagnostic laparoscopy and discuss at Tumor boards

axillary vein superiorly, the serratus medially,latissimus laterally, clavipectoral fascia anteriorly , crossing vessel inferiorly and the subscapularis posteriorly

Critical structures :
Thoracodorsal >> Lat Dorsi
Long thoracic > serratus

Compartmental resection of #dediff #LPS
Given risk of local recurrence & diffculty to diffrentiate well diff component from normal fat we aim to perform this resection as described by Dr @alegronchi in his 6 surgical steps to ensure complete excision without any capsular breach

Highlighted the key structures invaded and needed to be resected

For #LMS limitted resection instead of compartmental given low risk of local recurrence

No preop Radiation is requered based on STRASS1
