@jelly_pack This is what I could never understand about the (otherwise normal) anti-Corbyns on here when they were helping trash his leadership. They WANTED a bunch of careerist opportunists with rich friends to get into power instead. Like Trump supporters. I don’t understand.
A surprise to absolutely nobody.
The media, all those celebrity Labour wankers and 'comedians', most of the Labour party MPs and every single fucking idiot on this stupid website that did their best to ensure Corbyn lost.
You win. Enjoy your prize.
UK Treasury earmarks billions in spending cuts.
It is austerity, cutting real wages, dept spending and benefits, hitting low/middle income families the hardest.
No plan for redistribution of income/wealth or curbing profiteering.
Protest to your MPs.

Labour could tax the super-rich to end poverty, build social housing and fix our NHS.
They are choosing to go after the worst-off instead.
For a while, many people didn’t know what this government stood for. They do now: tough choices for the poor, endless money for war.
@SSheil Sorry to hear that, Steven. I lost me mum at the end of last year too, and also was there in the last days and moments. It was pretty brutal, and challenging but I also found it very significant - substantial. Also some humour there too.
@johnmcdonnellMP It’s pretty clear the Labour party is not fit for purpose and nobody with progressive ideals should be voting for your right wing, useless party.
🤯 Last night Labour Lords CHOSE to side with the Conservatives and allow an unprecedented attack on democracy and peaceful protest
🚨 Labour and the Conservatives are two sides of the same coin when it comes to our civil liberties and democracy.
@petebrooksbank I’m not stopping long. If my therapist knew I’d logged on there’d be hell to pay. Having a filthy summer party this year btw. I’ll give you a shout when we have a firm date x
@petebrooksbank But, you know, you do have more than two options to choose from. It might take a couple of governments. A generation, even. Maybe more. But your way means never escaping this absurd paradigm.
