As a person who does not really understand health insurance policies, here's a good breakdown between the health insurance policies in the US and UK.

#RUCHealth2019 What does substance abuse really mean to college students? Illicit drugs are not the only drugs that could cause negative consequences. The use of Ritalin, Adderall, and other amphetamines are the causes of substance abuse.

Strong social relationships can actually be very beneficial for your health! Strong connections with people can lower your risk of dementia, keep your blood pressure down, lower the risk of depression, and lower your stress.

#RUCHealth2019 Do you guys think this is a safe way to diet?
People are beginning to juice instead of eating real foods. Week-long cleanses can be a lot more harmful than eating clean foods. When fruits and veggies are stripped down they are losing nutrients and protein.
#RUCHealth2019 Do you guys agree with this article?

I recently read a post on binge drinking in our 20's being normalized on college campuses. We don't ever ask if these students are okay or why they are drinking so much. I think we have normalized this behavior because drunkness is apart of American culture.

People should make their own choices. If society tries to regulate defiant behaviors, people will still find ways to engage in unhealthy behaviors. I mean think about the alcohol prohibition in the US.

I think it is a holistic way to solve certain psychological stressors, but I do not think it is for everyone. It requires a lot of patience and commitment to really benefit from it.

I recently read an article on the powerful effects on mindfulness therapy, some researchers say it is more effective than individual therapy. I think everyone should incorporate some form of mindfulness practice into their daily lives.
#RUCHealth2019 After every run, I feel as if I am capable of overcoming stressors affecting me that day. Do you guys feel any particular way after you exercise?
Who knew running could actually be good for your brain! Running only 15 minutes a day can improve a person's mental health and physical ability.
Studies show running and aerobics can improve the way you think and feel. #RUCHealth2019

Social media is a huge stressor in our generation, it causes emotional problems due to social demands. I know a handful of people that worry about the number of likes they receive on a post. Do you think this stressor can be avoided living in our generation? #RUCHealth2019
#RUCHealth2019 What do you guys think about this?
Studies show that 27% of teenage girls report developing psychological stress. Teenage girls are affected by social media more than boys, which leads to a lack of sleep, self-esteem, and physical activity.

@rlg160scarletm1 I do not think there's any way to clean ball pits, it would require so much work and money to sanitize them every day. Maybe adding trampolines to places like Chuck E. Cheese would be safer for children to use. #RUCHealth2019
@Evan37614860 @ABC#RUHealth2019 Taking on college classes can be super stressful! I think it is important that professors and staff regulate the number of stressors they give out to their students.
